How do I get paid?

Once a offer has been accepted and all HPI checks etc have been carried out, if a inspection is not required, then payment by CHAPS through the Barclays will be authorised, you will receive you payment in 3-4 working days, a same day payment can be also made (£35. Charge for same day payment) and please remember the machine will not be collected until you have been paid.

Do You Visit To Inspect my Machine?

Not always, we regularly purchase units purely by the information entered but we can also arrange for one of our inspectors to inspect at random, if required.

How Quickly Will I Get An Offer?

We endeavour to reply to all requests with 24 hours, however some more interesting items of equipment may take a little longer to value, but never longer than 48 hours.
